My name is Emi. I've lived Mendoza's tourism scene from the inside for 12 years — I started as a driver-guide, later became a partner in tour agencies, and learned to build every detail of a trip, from logistics to the guest experience.
I've welcomed more than 4,000 travelers with total safety, across more than 100 wineries and experiences — from the best-known names to the ones only a local would find. What makes me proudest isn't the number: it's the guests who go home feeling truly taken care of.

What is Checkin Mendoza?
Checkin Mendoza is a receptive tourism agency specialized in designing made-to-measure experiences in Mendoza. We don't sell catalog packages: every itinerary is built around each guest's interests, available time, and pace — combining wineries, mountains, food, and local culture, with human support at every stage of the trip.
How is Checkin Mendoza different from a traditional transfer?
The difference is real personalization: we don't offer the same fixed circuit to every passenger. Each experience is designed to measure, with direct attention from our team before, during, and after the trip.
Do you only serve Brazilian travelers, or any nationality?
We welcome travelers of any nationality. Brazil is our main market — that's why we offer specialized Portuguese support throughout the process — but we design experiences for guests from anywhere in the world.
Services
Are services group or private?
All of our services are private and exclusive to your group. We don't share the vehicle or the experience with other passengers.
Can I build a custom itinerary?
Yes — that's the core of our service. We don't offer fixed templates: we coordinate the route around available time, interests (wine, food, adventure, culture), and each guest's travel pace.
Do you include a Portuguese-speaking guide?
Yes. All of our tours include bilingual driver-guides or guides in Portuguese.
How to book
How do I book with Checkin Mendoza?
Message us on WhatsApp with your group size, dates, and how many days you'll be in Mendoza. With that information we build a custom quote; if you like it, you confirm with a deposit and we coordinate each experience.
How far in advance should I book?
Time is your best ally: some wineries and exclusive experiences ask for up to 3 months' notice. That said, we always do our best to secure excellent experiences even with 24 hours' notice.
Pricing & payment
How are prices calculated, and in what currency?
Price is based on the itinerary we build: group size, duration, and included activities. Because experiences are made to measure, there is no single catalog rate — each quote comes after talking with the traveler.
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Pix, cash, and bank transfer in U.S. dollars.
During your stay
Is support available throughout my stay?
Our team is available from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and you also have an emergency phone line for anything outside those hours.
What if my flight is delayed?
We ask for your flight number before the trip so we can track it in real time — early or late, we'll still be there waiting for you, at no extra charge.
Changes & cancellations
What is the cancellation policy?
The penalty is calculated on the total value of the confirmed itinerary, based on how far in advance you cancel:

What if I need to reschedule an activity due to weather or another reason?

Yes. Our vehicles undergo strict quarterly checks and include insurance for transported passengers.
Are drivers and guides certified?
Yes. Our drivers are professionals and our guides are licensed.
